Free trial & demo terms

These terms apply to (a) the GoHaul 3-month free trial and (b) the product demo. They sit alongside, and are subject to, our main subscription agreement, which applies in full once your paid subscription begins.

The free trial runs for 3 months (90 days) from the day you create your workspace. A payment card is not required to start the trial; if self-service billing is enabled, you can add billing before the trial ends.

During the trial you get access to the features of your selected plan, subject to the plan’s limits (e.g. number of vehicles and seats).

You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Unless you cancel or choose not to continue before the trial ends, your subscription can continue on your selected plan once billing is active. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing settings.

The demo is a guided walkthrough booked with our team — there is no separate self-serve demo environment to log into.

During a demo we may, with your permission, model a sample of your operation to show how GoHaul would work for you. Share only information you are comfortable showing; we do not retain it beyond the session unless you ask us to.

You agree not to misuse the trial or demo: no attempts to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or isolation of the environment; no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; and no automated bulk access.

We may suspend or withdraw trial or demo access at any time if it is misused or to protect the service and other users.

Personal data you enter into your trial workspace is handled as described in our privacy policy. A demo is a guided session with our team — share only information you are comfortable showing.

The trial and demo are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and without any availability or support commitment. They may change or be unavailable from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the trial or demo.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies to your current trial or demo session.
