Is there a free trial?
Yes — 3 months free on every plan. No card is required to start; add billing before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
What counts toward my vehicle limit?
Each plan includes a set number of vehicles. Any vehicle on your O-licence disc counts toward that limit; trailers, plant equipment, hire cars and skip hooks do not. Need more? Move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you charge per driver?
No. Driver app users are unlimited on every plan. We bill on the dispatcher / office seat count.
Where is my data hosted?
Primary processing runs in EEA-hosted infrastructure, with encryption at rest and in transit.
How does waste compliance export work?
GoHaul keeps signed WTN and hazwaste records in the manifest register. Staff can export the register as CSV for review, evidence requests and external submission workflows.
What if I have more than 80 vehicles?
Enterprise pricing kicks in above 80 vehicles — custom per-month pricing with multi-depot planning, SSO readiness, integration review and an implementation manager. Talk to our team for a quote.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle; annual plans get a pro-rated refund of unused months minus a small admin fee.
